Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Pengendalian Demam Berdarah Dengue di Wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Bilu Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara dan alat perekam suara dengan 7 informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang terdiri dari dimensi transmisi, kejelasan, konsistensi, terkait Analisis Implementasi Program Pengendalian Demam Berdarah Dengue Di Wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Bilu sudah dijalankan dengan baik. Sumber daya terdiri dari sumber daya manusia, anggaran dan fasilitas dalam Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Program Pengendalian Demam Berdarah Dengue Di Wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Bilu untuk sumber daya manusia yang ada saat ini masih belum mencukupi tenaga yang bertugas merangkap pekerjaan program pengendalian demam berdarah dengue di Puskesmas. Sumber daya anggaran dari dana APBD dan BOK Puskesmas akan tetapi masih kurang mendukung untuk keberhasilan program pengendalian demam berdarah dengue dan sumber daya fasilitas yang ada di Puskesmas masih belum mencukupi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disarankan menambah sumber daya manusia, anggaran, sarana prasarana agar pengendalian DBD berjalan dengan optimal. Kata Kunci: Implementasi; Program; Demam Berdarah Dengue This research aims to determine the implementation of the Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Control Program in the Sungai Bilu Health Center Area, East Banjarmasin District. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The research instrument was an interview guide and voice recording device with 7 informants. The results of the research show that communication consisting of the dimensions of transmission, clarity and consistency related to the analysis of the implementation of the Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Control Program in the Sungai Bilu Community Health Centre area has been carried out well. Resources consist of human resources, budget and facilities in the Policy Implementation Analysis of the Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Control Program in the Sungai Bilu Community Health Centre area. Currently, the existing human resources are still not sufficient for the staff who are tasked with concurrent work in the Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever Control Program at the Community Health Centre. However, budget resources from the APBD and BOK Health Centre funds are still insufficient to support the success of the dengue haemorrhagic fever control program and the existing facility resources at the health centre are still insufficient. Based on these results, it is recommended to increase human resources, budget, and infrastructure so that dengue control can run optimally.
