Abstract

Analisis Motivasi Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Produktivitas Karyawan PT Geoservices Coal Laboratory SITE Asam-Asam Port Kalimantan Selatan, pembimbing 1: Hj. Lamsah S.E, MM, Pembimbing 2: Dwi Wahyu Artiningsih S.E, M.M. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui motivasi yang diberikan dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas karywan pada PT.GEOSERVICES COAL LABORATORY SITE AAP Kalimantan Selatan. 2) Untuk mengetahui motivasi yang seharusnya diberikan dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas karywan pada PT.GEOSERVICES COAL LABORATORY SITE AAP Kalimantan Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dan sekunder diperoleh dari pimpinan perusahaan yang berkompetensi memberikan keterangan. Peneliti mengambil informasi secara langsung melalui pimpinan perusahaan dan Departmen HRD. Total Sampel penelitian yaitu 35 karyawan. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pemberian motivasi terhadap karyawan pada PT. Geoservices Coal Laboratory Site Asam Asam Port menggunakan sistem IMS (Incentive Management System) yang sesuai dengan Standar Operating Procedur (SOP) PT. Geoservices Coal Laboratory Site Asam Asam Port. Pemberian insentif yang diberikan kepada karyawan sesuai dengan kemampuan setiap petugas labolatorium dalam mencapai hasil target perusahaan. 2) Pemberian motivasi terhadap karyawan pada PT. Geoservices Coal Laboratory Site Asam Asam Port yang seharusnya yaitu mengacu pada peraturan pemerintah tentang standar dan prosedur pemberian kompensasi pada karyawan swasta. Motivation Analysis in an Effort to Increase Employee Productivity of PT Geoservices Coal Laboratory SITE Asam-Asam Port Kalimantan Selatan, supervisor 1: Hj. Lamsah S.E, MM, Supervisor 2: Dwi Wahyu Artiningsih S.E, M.M. This study aims: 1) To determine the motivation given in an effort to increase the productivity of employees at PT GEOSERVICES COAL LABORATORY SITE AAP South Kalimantan. 2) To find out the motivation that should be given in an effort to increase the productivity of employees at PT GEOSERVICES COAL LABORATORY SITE AAP South Kalimantan. The type of research used is descriptive research. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary and secondary data are obtained from company leaders who are competent to provide information. Researchers take the information directly through company leaders and the HRD Department. The total research sample is 35 employees. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) Motivation for employees at PT. Geoservices Coal Laboratory Site Asam Asam Port uses an IMS (Incentive Management System) system in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of PT. Geoservices Coal Laboratory Site Acidic Acid Port. Incentives are given to employees in accordance with the ability of each laboratory officer to achieve company targets. 2) Providing motivation to employees at PT. Geoservices Coal Laboratory Site Asam Asam Port which should refer to government regulations regarding standards and procedures for providing compensation to private employees.
