Abstract

ABSTRAK 　　Untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Pelaksanaan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara cabang Banjarmasin.Dan menguji pengaruh Keterampilan Terhadap Kinerja secara simultan. 　　Lokasi yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah Kantor Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Banjarmasin yang berlokasi di Jln. R.E .Martadinata No. 4 Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah Kota Banjarmasin Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.Metode penelitian ini metode diskriftip kualitatif.Populasi Seluruh Karyawan Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Banjarmasin dengan perhitungan Sampel Skala Linkkert Sebesar 71 Orang Sampel.Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah Statistik Deskriftif dan Statistik Intferensial dengan menggunakan alat bantu Program Komputerisasi SPSS 20 For Windows.Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas atau sebab akibat antara variabel indenpendent dan variabel dependen.Analisis Inferensial dipergunakan untuk mengkaji/ menganalisis pengaruh beberapa variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. 　　Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pengaruh variabel pelaksanaan kerja dan keterampilan kerja memiliki proporsi pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Cabang Banjarmasin sebesar 45,6%, sedangkan sisanya54,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini 　　 Kata kunci : Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Kerja, Keterampilan, dan Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT To find out and test the effect of work implementation on the employee performance of the Banjarmasin branch of the State Savings Bank and to test the effect of skills on performance simultaneously. The location that becomes the object of this research is the State Savings Bank Office (Persero) Tbk. Banjarmasin branch which is located at Jln. R.E. Martadinata No. 4 Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah Kota Banjarmasin, Province of South Kalimantan. This research methodology is descriptive qualitative method. The population of all employees of the Banjarmasin branch of the State Savings Bank with the calculation of the Linkkert Scale Sample is 71 people. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using tools SPSS 20 For Windows Computerized Program. The data analysis technique uses a causality or causal approach between independent variables and dependent variables. Inferential analysis is used to examine / analyze the influence of several variables in this study, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the proportion of the influence of work implementation variables and job skills has the proportion of influence on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Banjarmasin Branch of 45.6%, while the remaining 54.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
