Abstract
Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang Pelayanan Administrasi di Kantor Desa Tanta Hulu Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong. Permasalahan yang diteliti yaitu bagaimana cara meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dalam pelayanan terkait surat-menyurat, masyarakat Desa Tanta Hulu diharuskan datang ke kantor untuk proses pembuatan surat tersebut. Dalam hal pelayanan tersebut masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat, terutama saat Kepala Desa sedang tidak ada di kantor, masyarakat yang ingin membuat surat terpaksa harus menunggu terlebih dahulu sehingga proses pembuatan surat menjadi lambat. Selain itu, petugas juga kesulitan mencari berkas surat-menyurat yang sudah lama dibuat dan sebagian dari pengelolaan arsip ada surat yang rusak maupun hilang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti mengajukan suatu Aplikasi Pelayanan Administrasi di Kantor Desa Tanta Hulu Kecamatan Tanta Kabupaten Tabalong yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan di Kantor Desa. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL. This study describes of the Administrative Services at the Tanta Hulu Village Office, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency. The problem studied is how to improve services to the community. In service related to correspondence, the people of Tanta Hulu Village are required to come to the office to process the letter. In terms of this service, there are still several obstacles faced by the community, especially when the Village Head is not at the office, people who want to make a letter are forced to wait first so that the process of making the letter becomes slow. In addition, the officers also had difficulty finding correspondence files that had been made for a long time and part of the management of the archives had damaged or missing letters. Based on these problems, the researcher submitted an Administrative Service Application at the Tanta Hulu Village Office, Tanta District, Tabalong Regency which is expected to improve services to meet community needs in terms of services at the Village Office. The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQL.
