Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi lemari perabotan jika ditinjau dari faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala zahra 99 alumunium di Landasan Ulin Banjarabaru untuk meningkatkan jumlah konsumen dan penjualan produk lemari perabotan berdasarkan studi kelayakan bisnis. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan komunikasi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang menyebabkan kelemahan dari home industry dilihat dari aspek produksi yaitu sulitnya mencari bahan baku lemari perabotan sehingga menghambat proses produksi, aspek teknis proses produksi ini menggunakan alat yang sederhana, aspek keuangan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan serta dihasilkan untuk membuat sebuah usaha, aspek lingkungan menyebabkan kebisingan pada saat pembuatan lemari perabotan, dan aspek hukum belum melakukan izin usaha di lokasi usaha menyatakan belum memenuhi SKB. Sedangkan dari aspek kesempaatan kerja pemilik usaha membuka lapangan pekerjaan kepada masyarakat bagi ibu rumah tangga yang tidak memiliki pekerjan (pengangguran), dan aspek pemasaran usaha lemari perabotan potensi pasar yang ada masih sangat mendukung sehingga telah memenuhi studi kelayakan bisnis. This study aims to determine the production process of furniture cabinets when viewed from the factors that constrain zahra 99 aluminum at the Banjarabaru Ulin Platform to increase the number of consumers and sales of furniture cabinet products based on a business feasibility study. Descriptive qualitative research method with organizational communication approach. The results of the study indicate the factors that cause the weakness of the home industry seen from the production aspect, namely the difficulty of finding raw materials for furniture cabinets so that it hampers the production process, the technical aspects of this production process using simple tools, the financial aspects of the costs that will be incurred and generated to make a business, aspects the environment causes noise during the manufacture of furniture cabinets, and the legal aspect has not yet obtained a business license at the business location stating that it has not fulfilled a business feasibility study. Meanwhile, from the aspect of job opportunities, business owners open employment opportunities for the community for housewives who are unemployed (unemployed), and the marketing aspect of the furniture cabinet business, the market potential is still very supportive so that it has fulfilled a business feasibility study.
