Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem premi panen terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan panen dilokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei di unit kebun kelapa sawit PT. Plantindo Agro Subur Kecamatan Candi Laras Utara Kota Rantau. Lokasi penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah random sampling dengan jumlah 39 sampel dari karyawan panen di perusahaan PT. Plantindo Agro Subur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa premi panen berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. Plantindo Agro Subur dan premi panen juga berpengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan PT. Plantindo Agro Subur. Hal ini mengindikasikan para pimpinan agar lebih memahami hal-hal apa saja yang menjadi motivasi para karyawan agar bekerja lebih giat lagi dan dapat memberikan hasil yang maksimal untuk perusahaan tersebut. This study aims to analyze the harvest premium system on the performance and job satisfaction of harvest employees at the research location. This research was conducted in May in the oil palm plantation unit PT. Plantindo Agro Subur Districts Candi Laras Utara City Rantau. The location of this research is determined by porpusive and sampling technique in this study random sampling with a total of 39 samples from harvest employees at the company PT. Plantindo Agro Subur. The results of this study indicate that the harvest premium has a significant effect on improving the performance of company employees PT. Plantindo Agro Subur and harvest premiums also have a significant effect on increasing company employees performance satisfaction PT. Plantindo Agro Subur. This indicates that leaders need to better understand what things motivate employees to work even harder and can provide maximum results for the company.
