Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1. Untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi interpersonal pembina Panti Sosial Bina Remaja "Budi Satria” dalam membentuk konsep diri anak, 2. Untuk mengetahui konsep diri anak yang terbentuk setelah dilaksanakannya pembinaan di Panti Sosial Bina Remaja "Budi Satria” Banjarbaru, 3. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas komunikasi interpersonal pembina Panti Sosial Bina Remaja "Budi Satria” dalam membentuk konsep diri anak. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melalui teknik proses observasi dan wawancara terhadap informan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal pembina dengan anak binaan di Panti Sosial Remaja “Budi Satria” Banjarbaru dalam membentuk konsep diri anak memenuhi aspek proses komunikasi interpersonal, terdapat konsep diri yang terbentuk pada anak binaan dan terpenuhinya aspek efektifitas komunikasi interpersonal yang memadai untuk bisa dijadikan sebagai faktor keberhasilan pembina dinas sosial PSBR “Budi Satria” dalam membentuk konsep diri pada anak binaan yang berstatus putus sekolah. The purpose of this research are to find out 1. To determine the interpersonal communication process of the builder of the "Budi Satria" Youth Social Institution in forming the child's self-concept, 2. To find out the child's self-concept that was formed after the implementation of the coaching at the "Budi Satria" Youth Institution Social Institution Banjarbaru, 3. To determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication for the builder of the "Budi Satria" Youth Social Institution in shaping the child's self-concept. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, researchers collect data through the process of observation and interviews with informants. The type of research used in the research is a case study. The results showed that the interpersonal communication of the coaches with the fostered children at the Youth Social Institution "Budi Satria" Banjarbaru in forming the children's self-concepts met the aspects of the interpersonal communication process, there was a self-concept that was formed in the fostered children and the fulfillment of aspects of the effectiveness of adequate interpersonal communication to be used as the success factor of the PSBR social
