Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) untuk Mengetahui Apakah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Pt. Trio honda martapura. 2)untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif/signifikan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian Deskriptip Komparatif untuk mencari jawaban secara mendasartentang sebab akibat. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitia ini menguakan teknik sampliNg jenuh yaitu sampel yang mewakili jumlah populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Variabel Kompensasi dengan kinerja berkolerasi dan signifikan. This study aims to determine: 1) to find out whether compensation has an effect on employee performance at Pt. Honda martapura trio. 2) to find out whether compensation has a positive/significant effect. This study uses a comparative descriptive research method to find answers to fundamentally about cause and effect. The sampling technique of this study uses a saturated sampling technique, which is a sample that represents the total population. The results of this study indicate that: Compensation variable with correlated and significant performance
