Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja perusahaan pada PT Gala Jaya Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan ke empat perspektif dari Balanced Scorecard, yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis dan internal, serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode angket atau kuesioner dan wawancara sistematik. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan pengolahan data primer seperti studi lapangan, wawancara, kuesioner, dan data sekunder yang ada di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan pada PT Gala Jaya Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard menghasilkan nilai yang baik. 1) Dilihat dari perspektif keuangannya dinilai konstan / sedang, dikarenakan pada tahun 2020 ada penurunan pada rasio Total Assets Trun Over yang diakibatkan oleh adanya pandemi Covid-19. Kinerja perusahaan dalam perspektif pelanggan dinilai baik karena dilihat dari kuesioner yang dibagikan pada pelanggan menyatakan puas terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selanjutnya pada perspektif proses bisnis dan internal menunjukkan hasil yang baik pada proses inovasi, operasi, dan pelayanan purna jual. Sedangkan hasil kinerja perusahaan pada perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan juga menunjukkan hasil yang baik. This research aims to test the company's performance on PT Gala Jaya Banjarmasin by using four perspectives from the Balanced Scorecard, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, business and internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The design of this study is to use quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The techniques used for data collection are by questionnaire or questionnaire methods and systematic interviews. While data analysis techniques are used with primary data processing such as field studies, interviews, questionnaires, and secondary data in the company. The results of this study showed that the company's performance at PT Gala Jaya Banjarmasin using the Balanced Scorecard method resulted in good value. Viewed from a financial perspective is considered constant / medium, because in 2020 there is a decrease in the ratio of Total Assets Trun Over caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company's performance in the customer's perspective is rated good because judging by the questionnaires shared with customers expressed satisfaction with the company's performance. Furthermore, on the perspective of business and internal processes show good results in the process of innovation, operations, and after-sales service. While the company's performance results on a learning and growth perspective also showed good results.
