Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui : 1) Untuk Menganlisis Motivasi kerja karyawan di UD. Bersama Banjarmasin. 2) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Bersama Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptip kualitatif, yang mana merupakan data yang tidak dapat di hitung. Subjek yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai responden adalah Pemilik sekaligus Pimpinan UD, Bersama Banjarmasin itu sendiri dengan cara Wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Motivasi kerja karyawan sejauh ini sudah mengalami sedikit perubahan berupa peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan yang dilakukan di perusahaan, 2) Meski adanya peningkatan semangat kerja karyawan pimpinan perusahaan UD. Bersama Banjarmasin harus tetap mempertahankan perhatian khususnya ke semua karyawan agar kesejahteraan karyawan yang menunjang kesuksesan perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan maksimal. This study aims to examine: (1) analyze work motivation on the performance of UD employees. Together with Banjarmasin (2) work motivation affects the performance of UD employees. with Banjarnasin. This research design is a qualitative research and is a survey research. The results of the study show 1) The work motivation of employees so far has undergone a slight change in the form of an increase in employee morale carried out in the company, 2) Although there has been an increase in the morale of the employees of the company's leadership, UD. Together with Banjarmasin, we must maintain special attention to all employees so that the welfare of employees who support the company's success can run optimally
