Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara memaksimalkan produktivitas untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan pada Home Industri Roti Mawar Arum Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh Home Industri Roti Mawar Arum Banjarmasin ini adalah metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dari data yang telah terkumpul penulis mencoba menelaahnya dengan menggunakan dasar teori sehingga diperoleh suatu kesimpulan yang kemudian dituangkan/dibuat kedalam penulisan skripsi ini Kurang terbukanya terhadap karyawan tentang perhitungan bonus bulanan menjadikan faktor berikutnya yang berdampak penurunan produktifitas kerja. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya komunikasi antara pemimpin dengan karyawan di Home Industri Roti Mawar Arum Banjarmasin, dan Produktifitas kerja karyawan yang kurang maksimal dalam perusahaan sehingga mengakibatkan menurunya omzet penjualan. Untuk mencapai produktifitas kerja karyawan Pimpinan harus menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik terhadap karyawannya dan juga harus informatif, dengan memberikan penghargaan atau bonus khusus sehingga karyawan lebih merasa bersemangat dalam bekerja. Dan dalam rangka peningkatan produktifitas kerja disertai upaya pimpinan untuk memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawannya dengan memberikan bonus bulanan, tunjangan, jaminan keselatamatan kerja, dan mengikut sertakan karyawan dalam penanaman/investasi toko baru di regional masing-masing sehingga karyawan mempunyai gaji tambahan diluar gaji pokok. The purpose of this research to know to maximize productivity to increase sales turnover at the Banjarmasin Arum Arum Bread Home Industry. This type of research used by the Banjarmasin Arum Arum Bread Home Industry is a Qualitative Descriptive method. From the data that has been collected the writer tries to examine it using a theoretical basis in order to obtain a conclusion which is then poured / made into this thesis writing Lack of openness to employees about the calculation of monthly bonuses makes the next factor that impacts a decrease in work productivity. This happens because of the lack of communication between leaders and employees in the Home Industry of Mawar Arum Banjarmasin Banjarmasin, and the work productivity of employees is less than the maximum in the company, resulting in decreased sales turnover. To achieve employee productivity, leaders must maintain a good working relationship with their employees and must also be informative, by giving special rewards or bonuses so employees feel more enthusiastic about working. And in the context of increasing work productivity accompanied by leadership efforts to pay attention to the welfare of its employees by providing monthly bonuses, benefits, safety guarantees of work, and involving employees in the planting / investment of new stores in their respective regions so that employees have additional salaries outside the base salary.
