Abstract
Pendidikan inklusif merupakan Pendidikan yang memerlukan pengelolaan khusus dan professional. Oleh sebab itu setiap sekolah perlu memiliki koordinator yang mengelola Pendidikan inklusi yang membantu kepala sekolah dalam penyelengaraan pendidikan. Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Komet merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terbaik dalam pengelolaan Pendidikan inklusif menurut Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarbaru.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran koordinator inklusif dalam manajemen inklusif di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Komet, serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan kendala yang dihadapi koordinator inklusif dalam manajemen pendidikan inklusif di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Komet. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan subjek koordinator inklusif, kepala sekolah, guru pendamping khusus (GPK) dan walikelas. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi waktu, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber untuk memperoleh keabsahan data.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran koordinator inklusif dalam manajemen inklusif di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Komet yaitu : 1) Asesmen 2) Manajemen akademik, 3) Manajemen Kesiswaan, 4) Manajemen sumber daya, dan 5) Manajemen sarana dan prasarana. Adapun factor yang mendukung yaitu peran pemerintah, kepala sekolah, wali kelas, orangtua, dan lingkungan Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK) serta sarana dan prasarana. Sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi guru, orangtua, dan GPK yang tidak linear. Inclusive education is an education that requires special and professional management. Therefore every school needs to have a coordinator who manages inclusion education that assists the principal in the maintenance of education. Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Komet is one of the best schools in the management of inclusive education according to banjarbaru city education office.The study aims to describe the role of inclusive coordinators in inclusive management at Comet 2 Public Elementary School, and to describe the supporting factors and constraints faced by inclusive coordinators in inclusive education management at Comet 2 Public Elementary School. The study used a qualitative approach to case studies with subjects of inclusive coordinators, principals, special escort teachers (GPK) and guardians. Data collection is carried out through observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Researchers used time triangulation, triangulation techniques and source triangulation to obtain the validity of the data.Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the role of inclusive coordinator in inclusive management in Public Elementary School 2 Komet is: 1) Assessment 2) Academic management, 3) Student Management, 4) Resource management, and 5) Management of facilities and infrastructure. Supporting factors are the role of the government, principals, parents, parents, and special assistance teachers (GPK) as well as facilities and infrastructure. While inhibitory factors include teachers, parents, and GPK that are not linear.
