Abstract
Pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif, mempunyai peran dalam sukses atau tidaknya seorang ibu dalam menyusui bayinya. Semakin besar pengetahuan yang dimiliki, maka semakin besar kemampuan untuk bertahan dalam menyusui. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan minat ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Haliza Farma Kota Banjarbaru. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 210 responden. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 68 responden, yaitu ibu yang datang ke klinik haliza farma yang memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Ibu dengan Pengetahuan Baik termasuk dalam kategori tinggi sebanyak 79,4%, berpengetahuan cukup sebanyak 11,8% dan berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 8,8%. Jumlah ibu yang berminat untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 77,9%, Ibu yang tidak berminat memberikan ASI ekslusif sebanyak 22,1%. Berdasarkan hasil uji melalui chi square ( p= 0,001) diketahui bahwa terdapat adanya hubungan Pengetahuan ibu dengan minat ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif. Sosialisasi program Promosi Kesehatan perlu di sebarluaskan melalui media komunikasi untuk pasangan suami istri, keluarga dan lingkungan agar pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif meningkat. Relationship between Mother's Knowledge and Mother's Interest in Giving Exclusive Breastfeeding at, Haliza Farma Clinic, Banjarbaru City. Under the guidance of: Nurul Indah Qariati, SKM, M. Kes, Ari Widyarni, SKM., M.kes. The mother's knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding, plays a role in the success or failure of a mother in breastfeeding her baby. The greater the knowledge possessed, the greater the ability to survive in breastfeeding. This study aims to find out the relationship of knowledge with maternal interest in providing exclusive breastfeeding. This study is a non-experimental study. Research sampling technique using purposive sampling. This research was conducted at Haliza Farma Clinic in Banjarbaru City. The total population in the study was 210 respondents. The sample in the study was 68 respondents, namely mothers who came to haliza farma clinic who have criteria in accordance with this study. This study shows the results that Mothers with Good Knowledge fall into the high category of 79.4%, sufficient knowledge as much as 11.8% and knowledge less as 8.8%. The number of mothers who are interested in giving exclusive breastfeeding is 77.9%, Mothers who are not interested in giving exclusive breastfeeding by 22.1%. Based on the test results through chi square ( p = 0.001) it is known that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and maternal interest in providing exclusive breastfeeding. The dissemination of Health Promotion programs needs to be disseminated through communication media for couples, families and the environment so that mothers' knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding increases.
