Abstract
PENGARUH PASANG SURUT TERHADAP DAERAH IRIGASI RAWA DESA SUNGAI TUNJANG KABUPATEN BARITO KUALA Barito kuala merupakan penyumbang terbesar di Kalsel dari 12 provinsi/kota, dengan produksi ±330.000 ton atau 16,6% (BPS, 2015). Barito kuala didominasi oleh dataran pasang surut seluas ± 300.000 hektar, seluas ± 300.000 hektar (96,1%) dan sisanya ± 11.000 hektar (3,9%) dataran rendah. Potensi daerah pasang surut di Kabupaten Barito kuala adalah ± 120.000 hektar dan terdiri dari Overflow Tipe A (49,7%), Overflow Tipe B (31,9%) dan Overflow Tipe C (18,4%). Luas areal persawahan ± 100.000 hektar, namun masih banyak potensi untuk pengembangan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklarifikasi pengaruh pasang surut terhadap kondisi kanal, pasang surut, dan keasaman air kanal dan daratan. Pengamatan lapangan selama dua hari menunjukkan bahwa kanal lebih asam daripada kanal saat air pasang THE TIDAL EFFECT ON SWAMP IRRIGATION AREA OF TUNJANG VILLAGE BARITO KUALA REGENCY Barito Kuala is the largest contributor in South Kalimantan Province from 12 Regencies/ Cities with a production of ± 330 thousand tons or 16.6% (BPS, 2015). With an area of ± 300 thousand ha, Barito Kuala Regency is dominated by tidal land covering an area of ± 300 thousand ha (96.1%) and the remaining ± 11 thousand ha (3.9%) of trapping land. Barito Kuala Regency's potential tidal land area of ± 120 thousand ha consisting of type A overflow (49.7%), type of overflow B (31.9%) and type of overflow C (18.4%). While the functional area of the subordinate is ± 100 thousand ha, so the potential for land development is still quite possible. This study aims to know the condis of channels, tides and the effect of tides on the acidity of channeled water and land. From the results of observations in the field for 2 days it is known that, both when the tide is interspersed on the high bubbly channel than on the channel
