Abstract

Angkutan umum merupakan salah satu media transportasi yang digunakan masyarakat secara bersama-sama dengan membayar tarif. Kebutuhan akan transportasi atau angkutan umum menjadi kebutuhan utama manusia dalam melakukan pergerakan. Maka diperlukan suatu analisis kebutuhan angkutan umum bus agar mengetahui kinerja dan kebutuhan optimal dari suatu angkutan umum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan angkutan umum bus BRT Banjarbakula dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode perhitungan kebutuhan angkutan umum dengan menggunakan standar Dinas Perhubungan SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, sampel di ambil dengan perhitungan rumus slovin dan data di uji validasi dan reabilitas menggunakan SPSS 16 setelah itu akan di hitung dengan perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Nilai load factor rata rata adalah 0,9, nilai rata rata headway antar kendaraan adalah 47,3 menit, nilai rata rata kecepatan perjalanan adalah 30 Km/Jam, waktu perjalanan rata rata adalah 2,3 menit/kilometer, waktu pelayanannya dibawah dari 13 jam, jumlah frekuensi kendaraan 1 kendaraan/jam, waktu tunggu penumpang rata rata adalah 23,6 menit, perhitungan jumlah armada optimal didapat hasil 4 kendaraan, kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan penilaian CSI masuk ke dalam kriteria Cukup Baik dengan nilai CSI yang diperoleh 72 % dalam range nilai 66 % - 80,99 %. Public transportation is one of the transportation media used by the community together by paying tariffs. The need for transportation or public transportation is the main human need in carrying out movement. So we need an analysis of the needs of public transport buses in order to determine the performance and optimal needs of a public transport. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of public transportation needs for the Banjarbakula BRT bus and the level of customer satisfaction. The method used is the method of calculating the need for public transportation using the standard of the Department of Transportation SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, the sample is taken by calculating the Slovin formula and the data is tested for validation and reliability using SPSS 16 after that it will be calculated by calculating Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The average load factor value is 0.9, the average headway value between vehicles is 47.3 minutes, the average travel speed value is 30 Km/hour, the average travel time is 2.3 minutes/kilometer, the service time is less than 13 hours, the number of vehicles frequency is 1 vehicle/hour, the average passenger waiting time is 23.6 minutes, the calculation of the optimal number of fleets results in 4 vehicles, customer satisfaction based on the CSI assessment falls into the criteria of Good Enough with the CSI value obtained 72% in the range value 66% - 80.99%.
