Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengidentifikasi apakah terdapat pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Knowledge Sharing dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Pengelola Pajak & Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data mencakup analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Iklim Organisasi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 2) Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 3) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan 4) Iklim Organisasi, Knowledge Sharing dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan Pengelola Pajak & Retribusi Daerah Kabupaten Kapuas. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,4% menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kinerja Pegawai dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel Iklim Organisasi, Knowledge Sharing dan Motivasi. Sedangkan sisanya 45,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar Iklim Organisasi, Knowledge Sharing dan Motivasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this research was to identify the effect of Organizational Climate, Knowledge Sharing and Motivation on Employee Performance at Regional Tax & Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Kapuas Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, so that the sample obtained was 49 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a likert scale. Data analysis techniques that used in this research are descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25 software for Windows. Based on the results of the research it can be concluded that: 1) Organizational Climate has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and 4) Organizational Climate, Knowledge Sharing and Motivation together the same (simultaneously) has a significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Tax & Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Kapuas Regency. The coefficient of determination result of 54,4% indicate that the Employee Performance variable can be explained through the Organizational Climate, Knowledge Sharing and Motivation variables. While the remaining 45,6% is influenced by other variables outside the Organizational Climate, Knowledge Sharing and Motivation used in this research.
