Abstract

Yellow Box Juction merupakan marka jalan yang tergolong baru di Indonesia. Standar Yellow Box Juction di Indonesia memiliki lebar garis lurus 10 cm dan lebar garis diagonal 18 cm , Standar Yellow Box Juction standar Internasional memiliki lebar garis lurus 20 cm dan garis lurus diagonal 15 cm, sedangkan di jalan simpang empat S. Parman ota Banjarmasin lebar garis lurus 40 cm dan garis diagonal 40 cm. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan berpedoman pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997, simpang tersebut memliki derajat kejenuhan di lengan A 0,92 , lengan B 0,94 , Lengan C 1,21, Lengan D 0,93. Sehingga dapat dikatakan simpang memiliki tingkat pelayanan F. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dilapangan dapat disajikan adalah besarnya pelanggar marka Yellow Box Juction dari para pengendara adalah sebesar 0,6 %. Hanya 46 % dari masyarakat yang paham tentang pengguna Yellow Box Juction belum dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengurangi kemacetan, karena masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengenal marka tersebut, demikian pula fungsi dari yellow junction tersebut belum secara penuh diketahui oleh para pengendara. Yellow Box Juction is a relatively new road marking in Indonesia. The standard Yellow Box Juction in Indonesia has a straight line width of 10 cm and a diagonal line width of 18 cm, the International standard Yellow Box Juction standard has a straight line width of 20 cm and a diagonal straight line 15 cm, while at the S. Parman intersection, Banjarmasin the width of the line is 40 cm straight line and 40 cm diagonal line. Based on the results of the analysis based on the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI), the intersection has a degree of saturation at arm A 0.92 , arm B 0.94, Arm C 1.21, arm D 0.93. So that it can be said that the intersection has a service level of F. Based on the information obtained in the field, it can be presented that the number of violators of the Yellow Box Juction marker from the drivers is 0.6%. Only 46% of the public understand that Yellow Box Juction users cannot yet be used as a tool to reduce congestion, because there are still many people who are not familiar with these markings, as well as the function of the yellow junction is not fully known by the drivers.
