Abstract

Dalam setiap pekerjaan faktor kesehatan keselamatan kerja yaitu hal yang penting. Dibutuhkan adanya penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja atau K3 buat mengendalikan risiko yang terkait dengan aktivitas kerja sebagai akibatnya pekerjaan bisa mengkategorikan safety atau tidak. Dengan penerapan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) bisa menguraikan tingkat risiko K3 dan pengendalian risiko terkait aktivitas kerja. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis risiko pada proyek konstruksi Flokulator Settling Pond 13B High Wall, pada PT Budi Anugrah Bersama yg bertujuan mengetahui tingkat risiko dan pengendalian risiko yg harus dilakuan sesuai metode Hazard Identification Risk Assesment & Control (HIRAC). Identifikasi bahaya dilakukan sesuai hasil observasi pada lapangan dan wawancara dengan ahli, melakukan penilaian tingkat risiko memakai HIRAC, kemudian memilih pengendalian yg harus diterapkan buat meminimalisir risiko bahaya. Hasil penelitian dihasilkan berasal 15 jenis pekerjaan serta total 115 bahaya, ada penurunan tingkat risiko selesainya dilakukan pengendalian di tingkat risiko Ekstrim (E) sebanyak 0 (tidak ada) bahaya (0 %), bahaya pada tingkat risiko tinggi (H) sebanyak 65 bahaya (41 %), bahaya pada tingkat risiko moderat (M) sebanyak 60 bahaya (38 %) dan bahaya pada tingkat risiko rendah (R) sebanyak 33 bahaya (21 %). Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan sesuai memakai hierarki k3 yaitu memakai cara eliminasi, substitusi, control teknik, administrasi, dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD). In every job, occupational health and safety factors are important. It is necessary to apply occupational safety and health or K3 to control the risks associated with work activities as a result of which work can be categorized as safety or not. With the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), it can describe the level of K3 risk and risk control related to work activities. In this study, a risk analysis was carried out on the Floculator Settling Pond 13B High Wall construction project, at PT Budi Anugrah Bersama which aims to determine the level of risk and risk control that must be carried out according to the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control (HIRAC) method. Hazard identification is carried out according to the results of field observations and interviews with experts, conduct a risk level assessment using HIRAC, then choose the controls that must be applied to minimize the risk of harm. The results of the study resulted from 15 types of work and a total of 115 hazards, there was a decrease in the level of risk of completion of control at the Extreme risk level (E) by 0 (none) danger (0 %), danger at high risk level (H) by 65 hazards ( 41 %), dangers at moderate risk level (M) are 60 hazards (38%) and hazards at low risk level (R) are 33 hazards (21%). Risk control is carried out in accordance with the K3 hierarchy, namely using elimination, substitution, technical control, administration, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
